PAYMENT:

All prices are in pounds sterling.

Please pay on purchase as any unpaid for items will be relisted within 5 days unless you have contacted me to discuss any problems you are having with the transaction.

I accept payment via paypal or UK residents can, by prior arrangement, pay by cheque.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING:

All items are sent out by Royal Mail First Class post with proof of purchase. Items over £40 are shipped recorded delivery at no extra cost to the customer. I will not post until all payment has been received.

Jewellery is carefully gift wrapped using recycled materials
  - £1.95 to UK and Ireland (£0.50 for each additional item)
  - £2.95 to Europe, USA, Canada, Australia
  - £4.95 Everywhere else

Photographic prints are packaged in a protective cardboard sleeve.
  - £1.50 to UK and Ireland (£0.50 for each additional item)
  - £2.50 to Europe, USA, Canada, Australia
  - £4.00 Everywhere else

Paintings are carefully packaged and sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery or courier service within five working days after payment has cleared.
  - UK and Ireland free of charge

  determine the most suitable means of delivery for you.

REFUNDS:

Laura Cameron operates within the distance selling rules and every effort will be made to ensure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition. If any product is faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit to you, please contact me and report the problem within SEVEN working days of receipt of the goods. Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced or refunded. Please do not return goods without contacting me first using the contact form in the 'about' section in the menu bar above.

Please consider the limitations and variations of computer monitor colour accuracy when viewing artworks on this (or any) website. If you would like to view any piece in person a visit to my home studio can be arranged. This is strictly by appointment only.

The buyer must pay for the return delivery, packaging and must insure the item during transit as refunds are only authorised if the item is returned in perfect condition for re-sale. If possible please re-use packaging or re-package to a suitable standard for transit.
